You own it. No lock-in.
Who owns my accounts?
You do. We open every account in Correct Cooling's name: your phone number, your Google Business Profile, your Facebook and Instagram, your ad accounts, your web address and the hosting account your pages live in. We are added as a helper on them, not the owner.
Who owns my customer list and messages?
You do. Every contact, call, text and chat belongs to Correct Cooling. We use it only to do this work for you. We never sell it, and we share it only with the tools that run your system.
What if I want to leave?
In your first 90 days, tell us in writing any time. After that, tell us by email 30 days ahead. Either way, when you ask, we hand everything back: a file of all your contacts and messages, your phone number moved to the carrier you pick, a copy of your web page files, and full control of your accounts. Then we remove our own access.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Your business number is in your name. If you ever leave, we help you move it to any phone company you choose.
Is anything not mine?
Only our own tools: the templates, scripts and automations we use to run your system. You can use them while you work with us. Everything about your business stays yours.
Price and contract
Is there a long-term contract?
No. It's month to month. In your first 90 days, counted from the day you go live, you can stop any time, in writing, and the regular price never starts. After that, you can stop any time with 30 days notice.
What does the setup fee pay for?
Building your system: your phone line and number, website chat, follow-up texts, your page, your profiles, tracking and your dashboard. It's a one-time cost. It can't be refunded once we start building.
When does the regular price start?
On day 91, counted from the day you go live. Around day 80 we meet and go over your numbers, so you can decide before it starts.
Who pays for ads?
You pay Google and Meta directly, with your own card, in your own ad account. We never hold your ad money. Ads only run while you fund them, and you set the budget.
How do I pay each month?
We text and email you an invoice each month. You don't have to save a card. Pay it by card, bank account or Cash App.
What if I want something changed?
Small changes are included, up to 2 a month. Anything bigger, we agree on in writing first, so there are never surprise charges.
How much should I spend on ads?
You choose. Your proposal shows a starting budget built from what ads really cost in your area. You pay Google and Meta directly, and you can raise it, lower it or stop it.
Do you charge more if I spend more on ads?
Ads management is already in your monthly price, for ad budgets up to about $3,800 a month. Above that, the fee is 13% of your monthly ad spend, and your agreement shows the number at your budget.
Add-ons
Are you going to help me with my strategy?
Yes. Your plan comes with your dashboard and a review meeting around day 80. If you want us planning with you every month, add Growth Strategy: a strategy call every month, a tip every week, lost leads, looked at, and a one-page report each month. It's $797 a month, flat, never a cut of your sales. You can add it any time after your first 30 days, and stop any time with 30 days notice. See Growth Strategy for the details.
Can I have an AI Clone too?
Yes. Your AI Clone is an add-on with four parts: a Brain clone that knows your business and writes in your words, an Image clone for photos of you without a photo shoot, a Voice clone, and a Video clone of you on camera without filming. You sign a likeness and voice license before we build anything, everything it makes is labeled as AI, and you own your recordings and your trained clone. It's priced like your main plan, with 10% off both monthly prices when you have both. See your AI Clone for the details.
How it works
Is this right for a small business like mine?
Yes. It's built for owner-run businesses. We start with the basics that keep you from missing customers, show you the numbers, and only add more when the numbers say it's working. Crawl, walk, run.
I already have an answering service. Why change?
Keep it if you like it. An answering service takes a message. Your system also texts back within a minute when nobody picks up, follows up with people who don't book, books the visit when you allow it, and shows you which ad brought each caller. You can run both side by side and compare.
I tried an agency before and it didn't work. Why is this different?
You can see everything. Your dashboard shows every call, lead and booking and where each one came from, so you judge it yourself. You own every account, it's month to month, and in your launch period you can stop any time in writing. No one can honestly promise a number of calls or sales, and we don't.
What happens if something breaks? Is anyone watching it?
We are. Hosting, monitoring and fixes are included in your monthly price: we host your page and system, keep an eye on your phone line, texts, chat and pages, and fix anything that breaks, at no extra charge. If something looks wrong to you, tell Daniel and we take care of it.
Will my phone start ringing right away?
Not overnight, and anyone who says so is guessing. From the day you go live, every call, text and chat gets answered and followed up. Ads take about 30 to 45 days of data before we know what works and do more of it. We change ads about once a month, not every day, so they can learn.
How do I know it's working?
Your dashboard shows every call answered, every lead, and where each one came from, on your phone, any time. Around day 80 we go over it with you before the regular price starts.
What do you need from me?
Your setup form (about 10 minutes, mostly filled in already), your OK on the scripts, a few photos and your logo, and accepting the invites to your Google and Facebook pages. After that: answer the customers we send you.
When will I be live?
Our goal is within 10 business days of getting your setup form back. Texting turns on as soon as the phone carriers approve your registration, usually 1 to 3 weeks. We send it in the day your form arrives.
Will my customers know they're talking to an AI assistant?
Yes. Every call starts by saying it's an assistant and that the call may be recorded. Florida law requires the recording notice, and saying it's an assistant is the honest way to do it.
What will the assistant say?
Only what you approve. You OK the scripts and rules before anything goes live. It never quotes prices or promises work unless you tell it to.
Who answers my calls?
You choose. Your cell can ring first with the assistant as backup, or the assistant can answer first and pass the call to you. Either way, every caller gets an answer right away and you get the details by text.
Do you filter my reviews?
No. Every customer gets the button to leave a Google review. If someone is unhappy, you also hear about it right away, so you can make it right.
Can you promise a number of new customers?
No honest marketer can promise a number of calls or sales. What we promise is the work: every call answered, every lead followed up, and a dashboard that shows you exactly what's happening, so you can judge it yourself.
Can the assistant book appointments?
Only if you want it to. You decide on your setup form, and you can change it later.
What if a customer texts me photos?
They're saved with the customer's request, and you get a note, so you see the photos before you call back.
Can I keep the number my customers already call?
Yes. We can move it to your new system, or you can forward it to the new number. Your setup form asks which you'd like.
Do I need a website?
No. We build a page on your own web address and host it. If you don't have an address yet, we help you pick one, and it's yours.
Will you post on my social media?
Yes, in the full plan: about 12 posts a month on Facebook, Instagram and your Google profile, each one tracked so you can see what brings in customers.
What about my current customers?
We keep them coming back. Customers you haven't seen in a while get a message that fits your business at the right time, like a reminder that it's time for the next service, and you approve the wording. Happy customers are asked for a Google review by text and email. Every one of them gets the Google review button, and you hear right away if someone isn't happy. Only people who gave written consent get texts or calls.
No question matches that. Try the whole site, or text Daniel.
